DMCA Compliance and Takedown Policy
Last Modified: May 1, 2025
Hotwife.Live is dedicated to respecting intellectual property rights. This page outlines our DMCA compliance policy and provides instructions for filing claims of copyright infringement or counter-notifications in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the “DMCA”) and other applicable laws.
Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement
We take copyright infringement reports seriously and act promptly on notices compliant with the DMCA or other relevant intellectual property laws. Actions may include removing, blocking, or disabling access to the copyrighted material, terminating the user’s access to Hotwife.Live, or a combination of these measures.
If you believe material accessible on Hotwife.Live infringes your copyright, you may file a copyright infringement notice following the instructions under “Filing a DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement.” These requests may only be submitted by the copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on their behalf.
After a valid DMCA notice has been acted upon, we will notify the user who uploaded the content about the removal or access restriction. This provides the user the opportunity to submit a counter-notification, as described below under “Counter-Notification Procedures.”
All copyright infringement and counter-notification submissions must be made in English. Submissions in other languages or formats may be disregarded if deemed non-compliant.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement
Submitting a DMCA notice initiates a legal process; false claims may result in account suspension or further legal consequences.
Required Information for a DMCA Notice
To file a valid DMCA notice, include the following information in writing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: Clearly describe the copyrighted work(s) you believe are being infringed. For multiple works, provide a representative list.
- Identification of infringing material: Specify sufficiently precise details to allow us to locate the infringing material. Include the URL(s) of the exact video(s) or content in question. General or incomplete information (e.g., a channel URL or username) may prevent us from acting on your notice.
- Contact information: Provide your full name, a physical address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the material’s use is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy acknowledgment: Add a statement confirming that the information provided is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Signature: Include your physical or electronic signature (e.g., by typing your full legal name).
Send your DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent below:

Incomplete or non-compliant notices under Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA may not be effective.
Counter-Notification Procedures
If you receive a DMCA notice and believe that material you posted was removed or disabled incorrectly, you may file a counter-notification to dispute the claim. Counter-notices must be submitted by the original uploader or their authorized agent.
Required Information for a Counter-Notice
A counter-notification must adhere to the following guidelines and include:
- Identification: Provide your name, mailing address, phone number, and physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of removed material: Clearly identify the removed or disabled content and specify its location before removal.
- Good faith statement: Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to jurisdiction: Confirm your consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for your judicial district or, if outside of the U.S., any judicial district where Hotwife.Live operates. State your agreement to accept service of process from the original claimant or their agent.
Submit your counter-notice to our designated agent at the following address:
Mr. Barry Berkowitz
701 Brickell Avenue
Miami, FL 33131
Email: info@hotwife.live
We will forward your counter-notice to the original claimant, informing them of your dispute. Unless we are notified within 10 business days that a court action has been filed to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days.
Please note that when a counter-notification is forwarded, it includes the personal details provided in your submission. By filing a counter-notification, you consent to having this information shared in this manner.
Repeat Infringers
Hotwife.Live complies with the DMCA and other intellectual property laws to protect copyright holders. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access for accounts deemed repeat infringers or those violating the intellectual property rights of others, at our sole discretion.
